Coronavirus update, 11th June 2020
Following the relaxation of social distancing restrictions, we are now able offer limited group running sessions.
In line with the current guidance from England Athletics and Public Health England, these sessions will be strictly limited to a maximum of six participants, who must adhere to social distancing practices throughout.
Groups will be led by individual members of the Club and runs will commence from venues across Manchester.
These sessions will be listed on the Events pages of this website. You will need to sign up for each event in advance through the link on the event page; places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Tuesday evening track sessions remain cancelled until further notice, however Jen Delaney has kindly written up some speedwork sessions which you can try at a local park or other suitable location. Again, these will be listed on the Events pages.
