Coronavirus update, 3rd August 2020
We are still only able to offer limited group running sessions, however, track is back from Tuesday 4th August!
In line with the current guidance from England Athletics, Public Health England and limitations imposed on us by host venues, these sessions will be for a limited number of people. You must sign up in advance for each session and must adhere to social distancing practices throughout.
Groups will be led by individual members of the Club. Group runs will commence from venues across Manchester; track sessions will be held at Longford Park.
These sessions will be listed on the Events pages of this website. You will need to sign up for each event in advance through the link on the event page; places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Track is back! Starting on Tuesday 4th August, we will hold two track sessions for groups of up to six people at Longford Park. Check out this blog post for more information.
Coach Jen has also come up with some non-track speedwork sessions which you can try at a local park or other suitable location.
