Triplets

This is a timed session, with intervals marked by a whistle. We do 10 sets of the following pattern, so the session lasts for 30 minutes in total.

  • 1 minute walking
  • Use this time to recover.
  • 1 minute medium effort\
  • 1 minute jogging. Aim for about 50% effort.
  • 1 minute max effort
  • 1 minute flat out.
